The Barley Mow specializes in private functions with a seating capacity of 50 persons, inside buffet of 100 persons, and garden functions, including BBQ's etc. of 150 persons.

Throughout the year there are theme nights, including Burns' Night, St. Patrick's Day and Beaujolais Night. Live music nights are also a popular feature.
